Mr. Evers, I can't believe that it's the 50th anniversary of the assassination. I understand you were remembered this week in an emotional memorial ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. Who are the famous people that attended?
Medgar, I would add to your contributions to Civil Rights. Weren't you assassinated for the cause?

I'm glad that I finally have the chance to contact you. I hadn't realized before that not only have we both worked for the NAACP, but we also have freemasonry in common. I can't wait to discuss this with you.
